As far as my experience has been,( I buy from them several times a year) has been completely positive. They r always helpful, courteous and I'd say 65% percent of their goods are almost indestructible. The only reason I don't give them a 5 star rating is a large percent of their goods are Not made by bikers, but r built a little cheaper than expected. I've found a little leather glue, maybe replace a zipper or 2 and a wee bit of hand stitching will do the job, and they aren't kidding on Cool stuff. My boots from them are complimented on all the time.. Those I used a little leather glue on bottom belt and wish they were waterproof but as comfortable as they r and as cool as they r I can go w it. Try them out, but B biker about it!!!
Purchased Skull punk riding boots that came with free riding leg beg. Boots are Ultimately the best for winter riding. Thick souls and treads ,for road surfaces. Leg bag is awesome for all your personal belongings that you usually carry in your pockets.
My experience with the glasses was at it should be...no issues. However, regarding my helmet, it took over a month to locate a refund avenue only to find out it had to be returned to China. The issue was that it wasn't large enough, I ordered the largest available(pumpkin head) and even asked if it could be modified, I'd pay. Three months later....no resolution.
This is my favorite shop. I bought everything from there and I will continue shopping. The quality of the products in all categories is excellent and the customer service is magnificent. Also I have to say that the delivery is fast and reliable. Keep up the excellent job guys and thanks for everything.
