Purchased a popular jacket that arrived in good time, only to find it was a tighter fit than I expected. Not only is the product fantastic and a quality build, the customer service was exemplary. Mafe was my support person, they kept me in the loop on the process and provided a level of customer service above and beyond what is accepted as normal. They were cheerful and helpful every step of the way. Not only is the Top Performer jacket everything I expected, their customer service is what will keep me coming back for more. Well done, gang.
I ordered 4 pairs of these iconic sunglasses:1.) Silver frame, blue lenses.2.) Gold frame, blue lenses.3.) Gold frame, black lenses.4.) Black frame, black lenses.They just arrived earlier this afternoon. I had planned on keeping one pair & giving the other 3 pairs away as gifts, but when I saw them & tried them all on, I WON’T BE GIVING THEM AWAY AS GIFTS, I want to keep them all!!!They’re so reasonably priced I may have to order another set of four to give away. That’s how much I love these iconic sunglasses, period, end of story!!!
I still have not received my goods. Absolutely no replies to emails. No tracking number given for 3 weeks and still no replies or response to emails prior or post. Not very hopeful at this point as communication shoild be foremost and easiest part of doing business in todays world. I have no comments yet as to quality of goods but quality of service is non existent
I bought some items for my partner, a necklace and a bracelet, I think they were sold as a set, can't remember, but anyways they were perfect!The way they were packaged was so good to see, wrapped in such a way nothing would have got damaged during shipping.They arrived in time for Valentine's day even though I live in Canada, it did take a little longer than expected to arrive, but they did arrive and as I said they are perfect!!He is going to love the items!I just bought a bomber jacket for him and I am sure it will be as good as the other items I bought.Great company, superb customer service and a fantastic choice of items to choose from.
A Filmore leather jacket size large was supposedly ordered a small size was delivered ( I’ll take blame promulgated fault) contacted American Riders explained everything was promptly sent address and returned jacket and it was replaced with a large size! Love this jacket, fits properly, sewing looks excellent, zippers are a heavy strong , leather is soft yet appears very durable, inside lining is warm and soft, LOVE IT! Worn out numerous jackets in the past , my first FIRST MANUFACTURER JACKET, product and service was great! Would definitely recommend
