I bought the dual lens dash cam. I didn't know that my wife was going to surprise me with the same one. However American Legend Rider will not acknowledge my return requests, so I am stuck with 2 of the same unit. So I essentially paid twice as much and have no use for the other one. Customer service will never answer the phone and they will not answer my email requests.
The Motorcycle Black Dual Lens Dash Cam 4 inch HD 1080P I purchased exceeded what the preview showed. They are absolutely perfect and I can't wait to use them as party favors! Highly recommend and will definitely use their services again!
I bought a pair of their boots and they're really cool. The ones with the skull latches and the big rubber soles. However, the pictures show a dark brown boot and when I got mine they're orange leather. They look nothing like the leather in any of their advertisements. I've been sending emails with pictures to multiple people at American legend riders including the owner and I've also been leaving voicemails, I have had no response. This has been going on for 5 days. If things change and their response is satisfactory, I'll remove this very negative review. But so far, I'm extremely unhappy with their lack of customer service and their false advertising. Ray ORDER #332416
Ordered item for my husband on December 2nd for Christmas present. From Dec 2nd thru Dec 27 never left Jamaica NY. ONLY Corespondence they said it was shipped, never received it. Disputed the charge, haven't gotten anything from them!
