This company tries to make it as difficult as possible to return an item, due to the size not being accurate. Rather than just accepting it as an exchange for the correct size, they first charge a restocking fee of 15% plus you have to pay for the return shipping. With as many competitors out there making this process much easier, there’s no reason to do business with this company. There’s just too many options!
Been doing business with this company for a FEW years, never a problem.Bought a helmet in Nov., returned it, with in a week. Had to jump thru hoops for that, they received it. Havent got a credit to my VISA card, and after 4 phone calls(ya never get a live person)about 7 emails, then they told me it was credited to my VISA , it was not. Still waiting, and its been over a month! Will not EVER get another dollar of my $$!! Very disapointed.......
I ordered a pair of gloves, SKU 14:10;200000790:361385 October 6th, 2023. The actual cuff on the gloves were not as long as indicated. Material was cheap. I don't know where they came from, but I received the order November 10, 2023. Don't expect to much and don't be in a hurry.
SCAM!!! They just want your money. Takes forever. Says it's coming from NY by tracking, but bounces around the US??Once the items finally arrived in a battered, torn and re-taped plastic bag, I was disgusted to discover I had been duped. The "leather" biker pants were 100% cotton and to say they were ill-fitting is an understatement. Someone on here described the clothing as dollar store halloween costumes and I must agree. The jewelry and biker goggles were trinkets that could have come out of a carnival claw machine. The "water proof leather" bag to go on the luggage rack of my Harley was no bigger than a lunch box and absolutely was NOT leather and undoubtedly would not have been weatherproof either! I paid to returned everything to an address they provided in Utah, and this "company" is charging a 15% restocking fee. This company is scamming people and I'll be reporting them to the Federal Trade Commission.Update: as of November 12, 2023 I am still waiting for the refund agreed upon. I provided tracking and confirmation that the return did in fact arrive at their facility, was told they were "checking with their account department " and have heard nothing since on that front though I am still inundated with texts to purchase more.
Even knowing I haven’t received the items,I must give Mr Mafe a 5 star rating when it comes to customer service, he’s definitely the best on replying back on the spot,Mafe has answered everything I needed to know,5 star meaning The Best,if the rank is higher I will correct my review,
