Review Time
One of the worst companies I have ever worked with. I ordered a helmet which I found at another site for half its price. Not only did they refuse to stop the shipment. Which took forever to happen but they also refused to help me. Send it back which I did to them at my own expense. When I received the return receipt requested form, I asked them if they had received it and they said they had no proof and I had to send it to them, which I. Did still after 3 days? No response from customer service. I can't believe this company. I'm not sure how they stay in business except for gouging. People and not allowing them to return items and get a refund even though they were glad to collect your payment up front. Do yourself a favor stay away? Just stay away, try Amazon, try anything else. But never use this company worst customers.
I just recently stumbled across ALR and was very impressed with the product and the company's mission statement and have been buying all my gear for my cross country ride this June. The products are reasonably priced and good quality. Once I get the last of my purchases I will send you guys and gals at ALR how BADASS you make bikers look.
Highly disappointing experience. Ordered a sling backpack which site states in stock and ships next business day. After a week of nothing being shipped and no response from customer service I had to file a dispute with my credit card to resolve.
What was ordered did not come in the timeframe i was told the would be there.When it came to tracking my parcel,my comfomation email said they shipped it via Postnord DK.Not in there system.When i contacted ALR they said it was shipped with UPS.There website said i had to pick it up.Tracker said out for delivery and that i would have to pick it up from canada post.They have nothing in there system.Its pretty sad when the left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing.ALR should be looking for my parcel,not leaving it to there customers.
I had the worst experience ever with this company. In the end I was "permitted" as they said, to send back my helmet that had clearly the wrong size compared to all my other size 62 helmet. Helmet 300$ free shipping cost me 62$ in the end and 90$ to ship it back, so 152$ for no helmet. What a rip-off. All of this took 2 and a half month of calls and e-mails. Easy return they said. Do your self a big one and go with an other company.
I made the mistake of buying the dash cam they offered for 118.0. Doesn’t work. Support is non existent. I guess you get what you pay for. My bad. This doesn’t include the amount of time it took to receive, which these days I guess four weeks isn’t the worse.
Ordered what I thought was a quality leather and textile tail bag, what I got was a cheap textile bag with imitation leather! Cheap plastic, not Cool! Buyers beware of the con, when I complained the said it was imitation leather, they offered me discount, (which they offer everyone anyway 😂) on more junk or to send back at my cost.….it would cost too much to send back for what it’s worth !
