Horrible experience, more of a scam than a car rental

Horrible experience, they made us wait at the airport more than 30 minutes for the shuttle, then they charged us $80 because we signed the contract 10 minutes after 8 pm. We paid $125 for toll activation and they assured us that we did not have to pay any tolls, but then they charged us $90 for tolls. We asked for an explanation and they replied after a month, we pointed out that we had already paid the tolls and they never replied.More of a scam than a car rental

Horrible Experience – Stay Far, Far Away!This was, without a doubt, the worst experience I have ever had with a rental car company. To say it was a nightmare is an understatement. The staff was extremely unprofessional, and their lack of basic courtesy was shocking.The cherry on top? They refused to return our security deposit without providing any valid reason. We followed all their rules, returned the car in perfect condition, and still got nothing but excuses and dismissive attitudes.It was clear they have no interest in treating their customers fairly or honestly. Their customer service is atrocious, and it felt like they were actively trying to take advantage of us.Save yourself the stress and frustration—stay far away from this company! There are plenty of other reputable rental services out there; this is definitely not one of them.

THIEVES.

The owners of this company should be in PRISON, they are thieves!.Hired the car at Orlando airport in May 24 and returned the car accordingly. We were told everything was in order and the $1000 deposit would be returned after the tolls had been collected. They collected the toll fees from my account without my authority and failed to refund my deposit. After numerous failed emails I rang their office and was told to send my request for my deposit refund to the audit department. They still failed to acknowledge my emails. I contacted Discovercars.com who were the agent we made the booking through and they told us to pursue our refund through our credit card company.Beware car hire agents who use this company they are all complicit.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! There was no one there to meet us when we were due to collect our car and waited almost an hour. BUT worse than that - since the rental they did not release our security deposit - despite telling me that they had!!! Despite emailing every day they are now not responding at all!! Do not trust them!
