I’ve won a competition on Facebook, a photoshoot for the Fifty Shades experience and I feel so lucky to have won and had the opportunity to boost my confidence up, feeling sexy and have fun! I was nervous yet very excited on the day but the staff are welcoming and very friendly. I had a free drink while I was getting my hair and makeup done, the photographer was patient, supportive and I felt so comfortable. At the viewing I was stunned by how amazing the pictures looked, I couldn’t believe how confident I looked, not embracing my curves as much and how PRETTY I look with my makeup done and wearing the lingeries. I’m so happy that I did the photoshoot, took my free A4 print home with me and remembering every moment of the experience x
Great experience, really loved the photos and I was made to feel comfortable by the staff throughout the whole process. Small note though that there are often men loitering outside the building which is a bit uncomfortable and the photos are so expensive it’s a shame because I would have loved to take home more, but it’s well beyond most people’s budgets.
I was called to say I’d won a “free” bridal boudoir shoot after entering the competition - they were really lovely over the phone, talking through the whole process and it sounded great. However, there are no photos included the “free” shoot, and 1 digital image costs £125. I asked to cancel and was told the £35 deposit I’d had to pay in advance was nonrefundable because the shoot was in less than 14 days, but they make you book the shoot up to 14 days in advance, so everyone’s deposit would be non refundable unless they changed their mind on the spot. I can’t review the shoot itself because I decided not to continue, but I’m quite put out after being scammed out of a deposit when supposedly “winning” a competition. Makes me wonder how many people “win” if they’re making that much money off photos and deposits…
Everyone was really helpful and made me feel so comfortable! The hair and makeup staff were amazing and the photographer was so supportive and kind! The company keep in touch with you and ensure you are prepared for your shoot! Such a good experience!
From the first moment to after the experience, the communication has been brilliant. On the day both Abbie( hair and make up) and Abigail( photographer) made us feel relaxed. I have done this experience before but my partner was very anxious. He loved the whole thing. I enjoyed this experience much more than last time. The only thing I was disappointed with was I was told we would get vouchers to put towards some new underwear but that's a small thing and doesn't take away from the fantastic time we had. Our photos were stunning. We ended up with 15 pictures in the end.
First session of ‘winning’ the experience was great - getting hair and makeup done and feeling beautiful was nice. However afterwards it doesn’t really feel like you’ve won anything, as you are handed quite a heavy price - around £650 for 10 USB photos, and this is one of the cheaper options. (When we could do most of the photos from home and save the travel) I was disappointed that the company assumes that we can afford these prices, even after we ‘won’ the experience. Yes there is a single complimentary print which is nice as a momento, but the sales pitch was very heavy in the second session, and at no point during this I was told there was no pressure to purchase - I had to ask. When I only got the one complimentary print, I felt the need to say sorry. Very strange experience, you can’t deliberate privately on which options you want to buy either, which feels a bit invasive.
