Absolutely amazing experience, from the moment i got there i was greeted so nicely, everyone who works there is so nice and friendly, my hair and makeup was done amazing and how i wanted it, i felt so comfortable having my pictures being taken, felt sexy again and comfortable in my own body, would definitely recommend this to anyone, would do it again
If you want a confidence booster I highly recommend trying an Andrew Wood photoshoot! I won a 50 shades experience and I was so nervous! I second I walked in the building the nerves changed to excitement. My photographer was brilliant and made me feel soooo sexy! And then once I saw my photos I just wanted to show everyone, because that was me looking hot as hell!! Best experience I have ever had and fully boosted my confidence
I won my photoshoot through a competition on social media and honestly didn’t think I would win, but as soon as I got the phone call to say I had won, the receptionist was fantastic and made me feel so special! I was very hesitant about going ahead with the shoot as I had never done anything like this before and I was extremely nervous, but as soon as I walked in the door, every staff member made me feel so welcome. When I met my photographer Sharmanie, she filled me with complete confidence and I felt so comfortable instantly, even in just my underwear and it shows massively in my photos! Doing the shoot and seeing the results brought back a confidence in me that I thought I’d lost and I left feeling so beautiful, strong and empowered! I would recommend Andrew Wood Photography to anyone and loved every moment of the experience. Thank you all so much! Lauren x
DO NOT BOOK IN WITH THIS COMPANY!They are predators. They will not refund your 'refundable' deposit. They will do their best to pressure youinto a payment plan for their overpriced 'prints' which are not prints at all they are actually digital photos on a USB (so you foot the bill of having them printed of course). The staff will lie to you in order to get your money. The experince is okay but I now know a few women who are in debt because of the horrible predatory tactics of this 'business'.
I was contacted having ‘won a competition’ when I was unwell. I told them I was unwell and they said ‘did I want to hand over the prize to someone else’ which gave me the impression that it was an actual prize so I asked for a call back when I was feeling better.When I went for the shoot I waited quite a while in the reception and someone came to reception to ask if she would be waiting much later as they needed to leave soon. After make up and hair I was left for a while and offered a coffee but said that I would have a coffee with alternative milk if they had it. Unfortunately I must have been given milk as I was ill shortly after.I trusted the photographer to facilitate the session but having seen the images was not happy.They allegedly sent me a video but there was no sound and I was told that there was a preview photo at the end of the video. As I couldn’t hear the video I waited for some time to see the preview but there was no image. I informed them of this and was informed that the video was only 30 seconds so was obviously on a loop.On the visit to view the images I felt pressured into buying the cheap package as there were a few images I liked and struggled to make up the package.I feel that the company practices pressured sales behaviour (by offering little choice other than expensive packages and when I got home was not happy with the process and cost and was unhappy that I had made the purchase
Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. All the little touches that they have thought of make it really special. The studio itself is beautiful and is a treat to visit. Every member of staff that I came across was lovely. They go out of their way to be friendly and make you feel amazing. The hair and makeup was beautiful and I loved my photos. They’re not cheap but when you go through the experience you can totally see why, I would recommend them to anyone! I would like to say a big thank you to Denni, my photographer, who made the shoot really fun. It was like hanging out with a friend x
I finally received my photo album today and I can honestly say it was worth the wait the pictures fantastic and I wasnt expecting them to be that big .The whole experience from start to finish was without a doubt amazing and I would definitely do it again the photo album is perfect.All I would suggest is that the photo album have your company logo on the front and on the inside page a little personal note or just Clients name Date of photoshootName of hair/ makeup artistName of photographer Once again thank you AWP for the best day ever
It seems everybody that fills in their details "wins". The amount of emails/calls/messages was abit ridiculous. The ladies involved were lovely & professional, but every conversation felt very scripted. The photographer made me feel at ease but I felt the shoot was rushed. Prices are only given after the shoot. The lady showing the photos seemed bored & removed some of the ones I liked, I just didn't realise until after I chose. I signed the waiver BEFORE being given my prints. 2 out of 4 have major flaws. I asked for minimal airbrushing but my bellybutton is missing on 1 & there's a big blob on another🤷♀️ asked about purchasing more prints in the future but was fobbed off twice, which is a shame as there were a few I loved but just didn't have the budget that week.
