Well it was my first online purchase…

Well it was my first online purchase experience, with Apple Pay. It was straightforward simple and easy , I also downloaded the DHL mobile express app to make it easy to track. To my surprise, it said 7 days to deliver but it got delivered in 3 , each day I got updates on the process from both Android Homme and DHL. I’m happy , well done guys . From Pretoria RSA

I love Android Homme trainers. I have 5 pairs. They look great for every occasion. However…..I recently contacted the company via their UK customer service portal on their web page. Response was quick but sadly the customer service agent didn’t seem to understand the reason why I was contacting them. I purchased a white pair of trainers in November 2023. They were purchased for this summer 2024. I’ve worn them approx 10 times. I’ve noticed black marks on the trainers which have clearly come from the black sole. I recently purchased a grey suede pair of trainers and have found a similar problem. I’ve asked Android Homme to look into this as it spoils the look of the trainers. I’ve asked if it’s s batch or process problem. Possibly a raw material problem. Which would impact the manufacture of the trainers. The Android Homme representative just keeps telling me because I purchased the trainers in Nov they are out of their 6 month warranty and there’s nothing they can do. I asked about my most recent pair and she said to go back to the retailer. I have pointed out numerous times. I’m not looking for a refund nor do I want an exchange. I simply want them to look into a possible fault in the manufacture process. I have asked her to escalate my concerns. She has told me it’s pointless as whoever she escalates to will just say the same. This is very frustrating. Android Homme are a premium brand trainer. They cost far more than the average trainer.I expect better customer service from a premium brand. This has left me questioning whether I continue to buy from them going forward. Footnote to my review: Shortly after posting my review I was contacted by a Director at the Agency that helps run the Brands operations.We had a number of email and telephone conversations, all have been very cordial and above all very productive and professional. They also liaised with the Customer Service team ensuring a satisfactory follow up to my initial queries and communication.I said at the very outset that I love Android Homme trainers. I love them more after the experience I’ve had. Although it was slightly negative to start with, it was followed up and resolved which is all you can ask for. Would I recommend Android Homme. Yes, in a heartbeat.

Refunded trainers from 6 month ago

Refunded trainers from 6 month ago, trainers were sent back in Jan and I received no email back as there store was in moving. Hence why a didn't get reply's. I totally forgot all about this so started sending few emails recently and customer care handled this very well and received my full refund. Thanks again to Tim Lancaster for his call and explaining the issue very well. Would recommend android homme highly thanks again

Another good experience.

Another good experience.. 2 new pair came this morning within 2 days.. My 6th-7th pair since signing up to android homme and about my 10th-11th pair altogether in all different designs. The fits are always perfect and the quality for the money is 2nd to none and I’ll keep on supporting as long has the product and service they deliver is this good thanks again.

Worst possible customer service

Worst possible customer service. I contacted Olivia on the email they provided via ZenDesk and rather than fixing my issue they instead proceeded to send screenshots highlighting the issue was with me.I asked them to double check my delivery address as there was an issue during the ordering phase. My parcel is now missing with no support from the company. Olivia rude and unhelpful.
