Review Time
I received a notification that my item was delivered, the proof of address showed an unknown home.When I emailed the team about this, it was clear they had not read my email, as they simply replied and said that it had been delivered and showed me the proof of delivery which I had already seen. The item is a birthday present and has been delivered god knows where, and I have had to ask for this to be escalated as I need either a replacement (with a different courier) or a refund in full. EDIT 31/07/2024I have given an additional star, as once the team realised the situation they responded quickly. I was offered new items to be sent, which I accepted and asked for them to go to a new address with a new courier, and they team obliged. However, I then received an email from Evri saying my parcel is going to be delivered! Due to the inconvenience, the team are kindly refunding the delivery fee, which I have accepted. The issue therefore lies solely with Evri. Despite the team providing good customer service after I asked for an escalation, and genuinely going above and beyond when they could, I cannot give 5 stars purely because of the situation with Evri. I will be happy to order from them again if they use a different courier, but I really will not feel comfortable if Evri are their delivery partner of choice.
