I wanted to buy the new AH Leo Carillo sneakers so I ordered them, after 2 days without any message from delivery i get a message i need to pay 90+ euro’s tax . So as anyone with common sense would do cancled the order. I know they are not the factor that want that 90+ for me but they didn’t warn me when i order and payed for the shoes. So now i am told i have to wait 14days until i get my money back but i clearly did not receive the package because i did not pay the tax, so if the package is still in the uk then why am i supposed to wait 14 days? I can also say, the quality of the shoes are perfect! The customer service replies on time and i know its not theire fault just protocol. But keep in mind AH remind customers with a delivery adress outside the uk with the fact they can get a tax fee so that they dont have to wait 14 days on theire money just as me.
