What an amazing company!I had never heard of them so was a little nervous purchasing something at a high value, but I had no need to worry. I bought a rose gold 1 carat tennis bracelet but was worried about the time it would take to be delivered to me as I’ll be away for a few weeks, both Nick and Trish reassured me that they would do everything to get it to me in time, and they did. The bracelet is delicate looking with a clasp that is surprisingly robust so no need to worry about it coming undone.Perfect in every way, from the jewellery to the customer service, highly recommend!
I ordered a pink sapphire and diamond pendant for my partner's 75th birthday. Although the stated delivery date was before then I needed to be sure it would be delivered on time. The customer service staff I spoke to were very helpful and gave a personal service - I was allocated a personal member of staff. I had also mistakenly placed a duplicate order which was quickly sorted out. The pendant arrived on time, beautifully packaged - I didn't even have to wrap it! I love the light in the box. Oh, and she loves the pendant. The follow up call from my personal customer service person to ensure everything was alright was a nice touch.
We were shopping for a ring for my wife to celebrate our Ruby wedding. We were left disappointed with the choices at the usual chain shop high street jewellers.The options they offered were few , poor designs or very expensive which didn’t inspire. Then we found ANGARA on line! The website is easy to navigate , the choices are numerous ,the designs fantastic and the prices are great. We liked the fact we could keep a design we liked and choose different grades of stones to suit our budget. Ordering was easy and the ring arrived on the day quoted. As a first time buyer ANGARA gave us a discount. When the ring arrived it was packaged beautifully. The ring came in a ring box with an LED light inside which lit up the ring beautifully on opening. The ring box also came inside a complimentary jewellery box! In addition there was also a set of garnet and silver ear studs which complemented the ring . Awesome quality , Great customer service and e mail communication was super quick during the sale. My wife loves her new ANGARA ring . They are now our new “go to” jewellers.
I wish I could give 6 stars!First off the quality is brilliant but the customer service is phenomenal.I bought and engagement ring and from point of order I had loads of contact/updates and the ring arrived with plenty of time.My girlfriend then needed the ring resized but it was time sensitive for an engagement party. The customer service team couldn’t have been more helpful and managed to turn it around for us in just a few days. Could not be happier and will 100% be using Angara in the future.
