I found my engagement ring using Angara and they were excellent! Loads of recommendations and support to find the perfect ring, then great customer service through the process of having it delivered, my relationship manager Sam was really good and kept providing me with updates
When I received my order, although it was elegant and lovely, it wasn't quite what I wanted. Sam at Angara (my relationship manager) arranged for a trouble free and very efficient exchange. The replacement piece is beautiful and I am delighted with it. Top class customer service.
Angara website was extremely laid out and easy to operate, which made the choosing of the stones extremely easy. Delivery was exactly as prescribed with email updates accordingly. Jewelry presentation was excellent and was accompanied by a hand written note from Sam!Quality of the piece - excellent. My wife was thrilled - that is my browny points secured for for the next 40 years!I would have no hesitation ordering from Angara again. Excellent. Well Done!
Its rare nowadays to get such good service unless your a VIP, I felt very valued as a customer, in terms of communication and follow up. When it arrived, the presentation box which lit up the diamond was very unexpected and really displayed the diamond very well. I also appreciated the ruby jewellery set too. This is my 1st lab diamond and the 1 carat looks a bit bigger than I imagined, and looks fabulous on the plain cross I selected. Very happy and will likely return.
