Best customer service I've ever had

I bought my item for a special occasion and thought that would be it. But then I had a really nice message from a gent called Sam Stevens and he was just checking in to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Thought it was an automated message at first but I had a query with my order. Nothing they had done wrong just had a couple of questions. I messaged him on a Saturday afternoon and had replies from him instantly he was very helpful and made the whole experience better and his willingness to help was so genuine. I can't recommend this place and Sam enough

Incredibly helpful

I haven't yet received my goods, but going into their chat system I was served by a person straight away. They were extremely helpful, and so I have bought my diamond necklace. I await its delivery with anticipation.

Hands down the best customer service…

Hands down the best customer service ever. I called and someone picked up the phone in minutes and my query was solved instantly. I used the chat again on a sunday afternoon and someone was chatting with me to solve issue <1 min. I never saw any such company support ever !
