Massive range of jewellery on easy to use website. Photographs are excellent and comparisons helpful in terms of visualising the piece. All in all a very good website. I do hope the jewellery is as good as the website.

Angara were extremely helpful and accommodating from start to finish. Their communication is excellent and they support you through the whole purchase process. The ring itself was crafted and made to an exceptional standard, so much so that there have been so many comments on how amazing the ring is. Thanks again, would highly recommend!

I ordered a ring for my wife. The website was easy to use, with great customer service throughout the process. Bespoke made, but delivered within a few days.The ring is beautiful, exactly what my wife wanted.I will definitely be using Angara again when purchasing some quality jewellery.

I returned a pair of Tahitian pearl…

I returned a pair of Tahitian pearl earrings that were poorly made (after paying for heirloom quality pearls). It’s been over three weeks since I’ve returned the earrings and I have yet to receive a refund. The customer service team takes ages to get back to you, and then they beg you to accept a replacement instead of a refund. Buyer beware.

The best customer service possible

I had a problem with my order but I emailed the company late on a Saturday night. I had replies through Sunday and by Monday morning, it was resolved. Fantastic, unbelievably good, customer service which I did not expect, certainly over the weekend. I had also realised I could have ordered a different length chain, and this was immediately sorted out for me. I have not received the item yet, but will update when I do.
