Product took months to arrive. Asked for a refund - was told they would rather me keep the product as it’s a hassle to return to China and they would refund me a portion (if I’d known the product was being shipped directly from China I wouldn’t have ordered in the first place, knowing the clothing wouldn’t arrive by the date I needed it). To get past this terrible experience I agreed, however after multiple attempts I never heard from them again and no refund.
Last time I try to support a “local” company.
I placed an order on Dec 12, 2025, and received an email on Dec 28 indicating it had shipped, along with a tracking number. However, when I tried to track it on the website, it said the number couldn't be found. I've sent three emails seeking updates but have received no replies. Based on others' reviews, it seems I may have been scammed too! Caution is advised!
The sweater is of extremely low quality and looks nothing like the images on the website. The sizing is odd, with very short arms and a collar that doesn't lay flat. The seams appear poorly constructed. There are no labels indicating size, fabric, or care instructions, which raises concerns. This feels like a scam. It's headed straight to the trash.
Caution: I ordered from a seller, and they are not what they appear to be. I've reached out to my bank to hopefully reverse the charges. The transaction shows a different name and falsely labels the item as an educational product, which is completely misleading and a scam. Be careful! Don't get caught in this deceitful trap. It's truly shameful.
My husband ordered a "sweater" for me as a Christmas gift from a social media site. When it arrived, it turned out to be a print on an unidentifiable fabric with no label indicating its material. It feels like a poorly made item. Very frustrating experience!

I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. If I could rate them negatively, I would. I ordered a jacket that took a month to arrive, and I was unsure if it would ever come. Completely unreliable! I fell for it just like many others. After several attempts to get in touch with the company, I received no replies. The tracking was useless, and then the supposed link vanished. A representative later contacted me, claiming my order was delayed due to high volume. What a lie! Finally, after 7 weeks, part of my order arrived without any packing slip or labels on the items. It's a complete joke! I won't be returning!
