Review Time
So far I have only received the 1st package of 2 packages from my order, I am extremely disappointed and would like others to know you use automated replies to inquiries about orders and parcels. My tracking states my package has been in Linden NJ, since Aug 8th and has to moved since then, that 9 days ago n still nothing but cheesy automated replies
I have placed 3 orders here lately to try this store out. The product seems to be good quality and the prices are reasonable. The only issues I had were that I could never get the discount codes to work. I saw on an email that it was "buy 4 and pay for 3". I could never get that to work, so I paid for 4. Then noticed a week had gone by where my order hadn't shipped. So, I contacted the company just to make sure I didn't make a mistake. Then the next day I get an email saying that "part 1" of my order shipped. Followed up by another email saying their out of stock on 1 of my items, and would I like a refund. So just not quite sure how I feel about this company with so many others out there and seem to have a faster turnaround?
Edit: i'm revising to 4 stars - the initial frustration is still there, and never did get the missing part, but the item is usable without and I did get a replacement for the "delivery failure" package. So, they tried, I don't imagine getting spare parts from China is feasible for something so inexpensive to begin with, and it's lovely lingerie, well made for the price.My order was split into 2 packages, and while the first one was delivered in a reasonable time, it was missing part of the item. I contacted Avidlove and asked for the missing part. I got no response. I had the "insurance" so I tried to report a problem, but their records said the package hadn't been delivered so I couldn't. I tried to report a shipping info discrepancy, and after providing the requested info, I've gotten no further response, and the shipping info is still wrong.The second package has a "delivery exception" for "failure to locate the recipient" even though they just delivered the other package and they were going to the same address, so I have no idea if I'll ever get the package, and we've already established that getting an answer about anything is futile.I would give them 0 stars if I could.
