Shipping a delivery of furniture to Belfast

Boxes

Although we asked for Boxes or crates and were told the driver would have them non were supplied as they did not have any. It was a good job we had our own boxes although not enough or I don't know how we would have coped

LACK OF COMMUNICATION THEIR END - PIANO REMOVAL

Requested nearer 2pm on a 12 til 2 slot - they turned up at 11.50! Specifically told which entrance which was on the delivery notice and they turned up at wrong entrance and slightly grumpy about having to change. Specifically told them that the piano would have to go up stated number of steps and turns and that our lift was not big enough. Removers said they couldn't take it up steps and had been told there was a lift! Did manage it in the end but not sure how many more things could have gone wrong!
