Amazing service from the AnyVan business team!We've been using AnyVan to collect and deliver high-end bikes on behalf of buyers and sellers for our marketplace business for a few months now. The service has been extremely slick. Deliveries are always on time, and customers are given tracking details that include a direct line to the driver—useful for finding out exactly when the bikes will arrive. We've never had any issues with the deliveries, such as damage or loss in transit, which is very rare for a courier company.We switched to AnyVan after previously using standard couriers like DHL and APC after we had issues with bikes being stolen, damaged in transit, and not great customer service.Also, our customer relationship manager, Vitor, has been extremely attentive, which has made the admin side of booking in deliveries a breeze. Would recommend to anyone looking for a courier for business purposes.
Great service, great communication and quick delivery. We use Anyvan for Business as our preferred external courier option for customers. We have 10+ bookings a week with them and rarely have any issues. The team are great to work with, they always answer the phone or call back within 30 mins. Same team for a number of years so always a familiar voice and willing to help. Can't fault their service to date, if you are a business please be wary of other reviews on here as it appears some of them are for personal goods and not the business department.
