I booked Anyvan to deliver a sofa for me on a specified day for over £300. They then contacted me at 12pm (the collection slot was 10am - 12pm) on the day of the collection to say that the job hadn't been allocated so that they wouldn't be able to do the job, meaning that I lost £3000 on the sale of the sofa. They gave me no notice at all. They apparently don't take complaints and offered absolutely no compensation or anything of any use for completely letting down both myself and the buyer, and costing me a huge amount of money. Absolutely useless.
The experience with Anyvan was very simple and by booking the job with them I found all the details to see how the job was proceeding by mail and texting and tracking the job too It was very professional removing I’m so happy with how the things went and I’m sure if I need their services I will not hesitate to use them very satisfied with the service and experience
great service, collected my bike on time, and delivered early next morning, must have been a really early start for the driver, being able to track driver was really great, would have no hesitation using them next tome, excellant service , driver unloaded it with care , thanks
Excellent service. They delivered my furniture with care even though the access was difficult, all with a smile. The delivery men were very polite and courteous, very prompt, it really helped knowing the time my goods were going to arrive. I would give them more stars if I could, thoroughly recommend.
