I purchased this scooter in April 2025, and the entire screen stopped working while the speed was inaccurately displaying one while I was going fast. I contacted them, and they said to send it back for a new one. After two weeks, I received the replacement, but a month later, the throttle stopped working. I reached out again, and they offered to send a new throttle or suggested a repair shop, which was too far for me. They then gave me an address to send it back with no label or instructions. After a week without a reply, I contacted the payment service, and they provided a label. After another week, I received the scooter back with a used throttle, and now, two weeks later, the same issue has occurred again within six months. I want my money back, and they keep telling me to send it back. I barely used it for a full month before it broke. I want my £200 back; DO NOT PURCHASE THIS, SPEND £400 ON A BETTER OPTION THAT OFFERS REFUNDS FOR RECURRING ISSUES.
I bought my ES80 scooter from aovopro in January 2025 not even 6 months later the frame snapped as I was riding it on a smooth straight road which put my life at risk. I contacted aovo since I had a warranty that was 2 years for frame issues and they told me to return the scooter for a replacement. I returned the scooter which costed me around £20 to send off and when it arrived I contacted them asking about my replacement. They kept on telling me the same thing that they will dispatch it in the next 2-3 days however whenever I'd ask for a tracking code a few working days later they'd say the same thing which I thought was bizarre. It's now been nearly 2 months since I returned the scooter and they've been ignoring my emails for over a month. Seriously don't buy from aovo you will lose a lot of money and your life could end up being put at risk due to their poor quality. I'm going to keep pushing for a response if I don't I'll have to take legal action.
I’ve been riding this e-bike for a while now, and I have to say it’s been an awesome experience. The bike comes fully loaded right out of the package, and assembling it was surprisingly easy – I had it ready to go in no time.What impressed me most is the battery life. I usually ride over 3 km almost every day, and I only need to charge it once a month! That’s way better than I expected. The ride itself is smooth, comfortable, and makes short commutes so much more enjoyable.Overall, it’s a fantastic e-bike that offers convenience, reliability, and fun – definitely worth it!
The front fork on my scooter has broken, it is still within warranty and I contacted the support team who advised they will send a replacement part to fix the scooter. It has been over 7 weeks and I am constantly having to chase them for an update. I've been told the part is out of stock but they will despatch it again but now I'm not getting any response!
I paid $400 for what was advertised as a ready-to-ride e-bike. Within 8 days the spindle axle stripped, making it unsafe and unusable. Instead of honoring a refund or replacement, the seller tried to dump a spare part on me — one that requires specialized tools and mechanical work. I didn’t buy a broken project, I bought a bike. This was a junk sale and a terrible experience.
Scooter arrived and within a couple of months, the welds on the handle bars had failed. Got in with warranty team and dealt with Figo. Sent scooter back (I had to pay for postage) and sent pics and all the info of what happened. Promised a replacement to be sent out. Numerous false promises by Figo about a new one arriving. Still hasn't arrived, 4 months later and has not responded to last 3 emails. Now with trading standards. Do not use!!!!
