No services what so ever

I ordered the items more than 4 weeks ago, till date have not heard anything from this company before interms of where my products are. They don't answer emails, have no contact details other than email....We can't even request refund, how do you do this?

I recently ordered my Son a scooter, but I ordered the wrong one. Once my Son 'politely' informed me about the mistake I had made, I reached out to Aovopro about getting a refund. They were great. Fast, efficient, no issues. They understood I had made a mistake and were very accommodating in giving me a refund so I could get the scooter my Son wanted. Great customer service, thank you.

Scam Company

If I could rate this scam of a company less that 1 star I would. I bought 2 x Electric Scooters in May, 3 months later the frame snapped on both of them as my boys were riding on a smooth straight road which put their lives at risk. I contacted aovo since I had a warranty that was 2 years for frame issues and they told me to return the scooter for a replacement. I returned the first scooter which cost me £15 to send off and when it arrived I contacted them asking about my replacement. I returned the scooter and they've been ignoring my emails for over a month. Seriously don't buy from Aovo you will lose a lot of money and your childrens life could end or they could be very badly hurt up being put at risk due to their poor quality.I have given up on emailing them, utterly pointless and have taken steps to reclaim the money for both scooters. The company is an absolute scam, I suspect they take the scooters back in, re weld and sell on. Scam at best, but in my opinion Fraud & Theft. They think i'll just give up and go away...not a chance I will get my money back however long it takes me!

No warranty support

No warranty support. I have tried to contact the company for 2 months now (at least 20 emails) to get my scooter repaired under the 2-year manufacturer's warranty. I had an initial response, and now the are completely ignoring me.I wish I had checked trustpilot reviews before I purchased the scooter, as it looks like after-sales support is a problem not only for me.Very disappointed customer

The scooter was delivered with pneumatic tires instead of puncture free tires…

The scooter was delivered with pneumatic tires even though they advertised it as other.. The companies customerservice is incompetent and do barely speak English. The ES MAX scooter was horrible regarding the battery life and the capacity of the motor. It can barely elevate uphill.. Furthermore my friend bought a scooter and returned it back. He has still not received his money back from Aovopro and it’s been more than 4 weeks. WARNING DO NOT BUY!

DO NOT BUY

DO NOT BUY, items are dangerous. Had a scooter for only 9 months and the wheel and handlebar have fallen off the scooter, look like they have been sheared off. This happened whilst it was in use causing severe facial and head wounds. Lots of parts needed replacing since buying it. Customer service is horrendous, no care for anyone. Offered to send a replacement part but I want a refund. Will NEVER use this company again. I can provide photos.

The WORST customer service

The WORST customer service i have EVER seen. I purchased a scooter around 2 years ago now and the last 2 years have been back and forth. Originally i got sent a perfect scooter, it soon came with its issues that were sorted. The scooter had a 2 year warranty so eventually after a while i got sent a refurbished scooter as the previous snapped at the weld point on the frame, when i thought it was sorted the scooter arrived with a broken display, the foldable latch was snapped (hazard) and the tyres had 0 grip left which i had to change. That scooter was a heavily used one it was not refurbished, but we let it go as i was glad i had a new scooter as i used it for work. They stopped responding to emails until the warranty ended and then only said they can't do anything but aparently that part was sent to me? i was sent tracking numbers too which just goes to show how much these do just to fob you off.TERRIBLE company NEVER use it
