I bought aovo pro e-scooter for 260$…

I bought aovo pro e-scooter for 260$ and it was very bad quality. It broke in 5 months and i didn’t drive it that much. The battery is also extremely bad and acceleration too. It snapped in half when i was driving. Don’t buy this e-scooter.

AVOID this company – faulty scooter, no support under warranty

I purchased the AOVOPRO ES80 Electric Scooter from this company on November 29, 2024, for £209. It was advertised as a high-speed, long-range scooter and came with a 2-year warranty.A few months later, the throttle button became faulty. The scooter would no longer reach full speed unless I manually pushed the button into place. I contacted customer service with all the required proof (photos, detailed explanation), and they offered to send me a part to repair it myself.I made it very clear that I do not have the tools or technical skills to do that kind of repair. I asked for a replacement, as I’m entitled to under UK consumer law. I have sent multiple emails and even a final warning with a 7-day deadline, but they have ignored me completely since.This company is not honoring their warranty and is in violation of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I will now proceed with: • Filing a complaint via Citizens Advice and Trading Standards • Opening a case in Small Claims CourtIf you’re thinking of buying from this company – don’t. They abandon you the moment something goes wrong.

Bought a scooter that is under warranty,weld snapped on floor plate, emailed several times with photos and details of order and warranty, had no reply whatsoever, not happy with this service at all, they take your money and ignore problems.

AOVO PRO refused to honor their 2-year…

AOVO PRO refused to honor their 2-year warranty. They sent me a used scooter after misdelivering the original, and then ignored all contact. I warned them of legal action, and they still did nothing. I’m now pursuing them through state and federal consumer protection channels and small claims court.

Aovo cheap shite!!!

I purchased a scooter for just under £300 in Nov 24. It was a Christmas present for my son... so didn't ride it until after Christmas. He has rode the scooter just 7 times in total. The handle bars have come loose so he is afraid to ride it. I have contacted aovo by email. I got a reply from aovo saying. "This is a common fault and I should just put some tape around it" if this is a common fault?? Then it should have a product recall and be rectified?? The warranty is 2 years. So I am well within the warranty. After I challenged them and said it needs rectifying by them self's and that just putting a bit of tape on it is not good enough... they are now ignoring my emails. Piss poor company with no customer service skills what so ever. And they are still selling scooters with defects.

Boguth a £650 scooter reduced thinking it was promotional, turns out it doesn't do 28 miles at all. It does 10 and you have to push a heavy scooter home. I was ripped off big time. No reply through email either yet. Very slow replies at all! Second scooter I've bought. And the last one me and my friends and family will purchase from aovo. I will be making a YouTube video about the issue. Not only that, I ordered it to take camping holiday, it came when I arrived back from holiday, so coming late I didn't even get to use it with my daughter. Really ashamed on aovo.

support doesn't reply and don't replace the bike as stayed in the warranty when there are several issues, they're ignoring my requests
