Bad scooter bad customer service I provided an order number here I even sent them photos of the broken scooter, I almost crashed because of their cheap badly made scooter. do not buy if you are trying to live.The neck lock comes undone just by riding on a smooth road i flew off the scooter, not to mention the battery only lasted a few months. Breaks lasted even less and the mudgaurd disentegrated (IT WAS PLASTIC AND NOT METAL AS THEY ADVERTISED)No reply from Aovopro. Do not buy run away in the opposite direction.
