If I could give zero stars I would. Even though I have engineers reports stating that the AA are liable for what happened to my vehicle they refuse to pay, they also told us it was ok for us to hire a car while ours was being fixed they now deny this and refuse to pay for that also. Absolute liars, total con and a waste of money. We were going to renew it when it ran out but now we will never give the AA another penny for this shambles and we will take our breakdown cover elsewhere too because we are so disgusted by their actions. Don’t bother complaining either as they will not reply.

So I bought my car from car giant. Was sold AA warranty. I paid £599 and honestly was a waste of money!!! Never doing warranty with AA. Ever again. When it’s being sold they make it out that a lot is covered but when it comes to it almost nothing is covered. Takes forever for them to answer a phone call. I been on the phone an hour chasing them up!!! And when they do pick up they direct me to garages that are so unhelpful!!! Or they are fully booked!!!!

Sons 4 year old Car developed a fault had breakdown repair cover ( warranty) covered all of it. When to main dealers they liaised with AA warranty all the way we didn't even speak with them & got me back on road within 4 days & wow thats going to the main dealers. Authorised all the work Thats paying the dealership & waiting for the cheque. By emailing the invoice keep the great work up you are a life safer
