Ordered from supplier late Monday evening. Package dispatched 8:30am Tuesday. Arrived 12:09pm Wednesday. Excellent service, even more so seeing as it was also Christmas Eve! OK, I did pay extra for next day delivery and it duly arrived within 16 hours of despatch. Courier was friendly and polite. Top marks DHL.
We ordered a present for my grandson that arrived via DPD. Their work from start to finish was first-class starting with the notice that the gift was in their hands. DPD then kept me informed as to the progress of the shipment and alternatives for delivery including to our home or to a collection point. I opted for a collection point because we might be out when it was scheduled for delivery. I received a email with notice that it was at the collection point and comprehensive instructions on collecting it.
I had always rated DHL high, but this time around my goods were not delivered in full. 13 bottles of Detoxifier missing, 9 bottles of st. Wiper missing, 3 bottles of DS suspension missing and 2 bags of health formula powder missing. The driver delivered at 17.13 on 24/12/2025.
