I have to admid i find the site trustable and they pay out , always fast I'm now on level silver and they always have events and if you don't win I get percentage back from my deposit , and I win some and you lose some, like in real life, I m satisfied with the slots and games they have
I have been using this courier for several years and have had the best experience compared to others. Their systems are excellent, deliveries arrive as scheduled, and communication is good, with responsive support when issues arise.
GLS has been a disaster, the parcel was here in Dublin since 16/12/2025, in the storehouse, nobody has ever contacted me to arrange for a delivery, or giving some notice in advance, then the tracking record emerged, "the receiver was absent" at the time of delivery attempt, the next appeared "the correct address needs to be clarified". I did contacted the GLS via chat and sent a complete and correct address and the phone number, just in case, it wasn't on the delivery label. Nobody has ever contacted me back. I got in touch with retailer's customer service, and was responded in written, being reassured, the case was reviewed and the delivery would take place on: 28/12/2025, which would still have been fine with me and I was looking forward to, then on 24/12/2025, however, a new record occurred on GLS tracking, namely, "the parcel was returned to the sender". I know the way GLS is carrying out the services in other European countries, like Germany or Denmark, for instance, and it is very sufficient over there, which is not, for some reason the case in Ireland.What should I say here more, I just happened to have gotten an "outstanding service", many great thanks! I've been using DHL Express for several years now - best courier experience having used UPS, DPD, Fedex, etc. Excellent systems, deliveries arrive when they should, good communication and very responsive support on the rare occasions issues or queries occur.
I have heard about DHL efficiency and top notch services for decades right from my home country Nigeria; I witnessed it first hand right here in the UK!Parcel was taken from me and returned like nothing happened with constant updates...No fugazee!It's a million stars for me!
Claim registered on 25/12/2025 following an accident.On 30/12/2025 I received a letter stating that Toyota Insurance had “attempted to contact me by telephone”. No missed calls, voicemails, or messages were received.On the same day (30/12/2025), I replied in writing stating that no call had been received and explicitly requesting details of the alleged call, including call logs or records relied upon. I wrote again on 02/01/2026, as no response had been provided to my earlier email. No substantive response was received to either message.On 05/01/2026 I then received written correspondence stating that they had been unable to contact me because they “did not have a valid contact number”. This contradicts the earlier statement that contact had been attempted. No call logs or evidence were provided.On 06/01/2026 I submitted a formal complaint regarding the delay, the inconsistent statements, and the handling of my claim.As at the end of the sixth working day since claim notification (and thirteen calendar days since the accident), my claim has not progressed at all. I have not been allocated a claim handler, no next steps have been provided, and there has been no acknowledgement or response to the formal complaint.I am a vulnerable customer, this was clearly stated and recorded, and the vehicle is essential for my family. Despite this, there has been no proactive engagement or prioritisation.This review reflects factual chronology only.
