We have been using DHL since they were added to the eBay bulky parcel simple delivery service. They have been absolutely fantastic with no damage and even next day delivery on a 48 hour service. The drivers who have collected have been on time, pleasant and very helpful. I cannot fault this company but it’s such a shame eBay have stopped using them on their simple delivery service.
I am still seeking a refund I requested a couple of weeks ago following a cancelled collection over the phone and every time I try to call the customer service line or use the WhatsApp it appears to be closed. Even today on 27th December. I would really appreciate someone coming back to me.
Waiting nearly 4 weeks for a delivery. No attempts made at all. Eventually spoke to a customer service agent who advised parcel at Manchester depot (had been there the whole time) I needed to speak to the vendor in order for DHL to find it !! Unfortunately vendor is Nevisport who closed down their customer service a month ago leaving customers in limbo. I sacked the whole thing off and have got chargeback from my bank. The very worst thing is their telephone tracking automated service which has told me Every Single Day that it is 'out for delivery". Liars and incompetent clowns who deserve to go bust.
I was promised a $42 reward for completing a task, but all I received was an apology email. I finished the task on 12/15, and over 80 hours later, I still have received nothing. I submitted a ticket about this issue, only to get an AI-generated response blaming a 'tracking issue.' It seems like the service uses this excuse to avoid giving out larger rewards, leaving users feeling misled.
