Becareful of this website, I cashed out 250 on the 24/12/2025 only to discover the next day my account has been suspended for no reason. I went on live chat everyday for 22days asking why has my account been suspended and got the same reply "Sorry mate we have no update it's out of our hands, our relevant team is sorting this, you will get an email blah blah blah...I've been with spinbit since 2021 and have only cashed out once prior to this incident and it was smooth and received my cash out 2days later. Please becareful of this website if they are happily receiving your deposit with no hassle and then suspend your account when you cash out imagine you trying to cash 25000 and then they suspend your account. It's 37days now and I have had no help resolving this issue from spinbit 👎 don't play at this casino.
Couldn't be worse. When a company promises delivery of a child's Santa present in time for Christmas and then lets you down it doesn't get any worse. It seems they didn't resource for Christmas at all. I didn't know a delivery company could be so bad at planning. So many heartbroken parents at the Dublin depot who had been waiting to get their toys (some for weeks) and no help provided at all. Absolute total and utter disgrace.
I asked for it be left at the back gate, the delivery person just lobbed it over the back gate and into the garden. The picture taken was of the back gate and no package in sight. Would love to know how that counts as a proof of delivery. Package was thrown onto a wet lawn.
This has been an infuriating experience. My parcel has been in Ireland since 18 December with no delivery. I contacted GLS to ask if I could collect it myself and was told no, but I was clearly guaranteed delivery by Christmas Eve. That guarantee was completely ignored.What makes this even worse is that the parcel contained food for my Italian Christmas Eve celebration. Because of GLS’s failure, that celebration was ruined. This was a time-sensitive delivery, and GLS showed zero care or responsibility.Customer service is almost impossible to reach, and the information provided is often misleading when you do manage to get through. No updates, no accountability, no apology. This level of service is unacceptable. I would strongly advise against using GLS, especially for important or time-critical deliveries.
Joke of a company they received my package on Tuesday 16th of December. It is now the 24th and I still have not received it. Thank you for ruining Christmas. 55 minutes to get through to the company over the phone because they do not answer emails. They then said on the phone that they have not received the item yet which is a complete lie because the tracker says they have. Bought the product on the 15th of December and they where able to post it from England in 2 days yet GLS can’t post it in Dublin in 8 days?
Absolute Brutal Service! - Package travelled thousands of km's across multiple countries in a couple of days, only to arrive in the GLS Depot and sit there for SEVEN days - causing it to miss Christmas delivery! Twice spent a full hour on Hold with Customer Service, only to be automatically hung up on after climbing from 40 to the top of the queue, both times - clear a scam to waste customer's time and discourage them from using Customer Service.
Would give zero stars if it were an option. Item ordered on 9th December. Awaiting delivery of an important Christmas gift since 17th December. Tried to call several times but just a recorded message asking to email. Then emailed 3 times and received generic replies. Called again yesterday and after almost 1 hour on hold, got to speak to someone who advised that the parcel would be delivered today before 2pm. Still waiting on the parcel and now customer services are closed so unable to speak to anyone. Tracking is vague and appears to say that a new delivery date will be arranged. Christmas ruined for one of my children.
Waiting for a parcel from Italy from the 9th of December (today is 24th).From the tracking the parcel has been sitting in the Dublin parcel center for over a week. Tried to contact the customer center different times but no luck. Yesterday, 23rd, the tracking status changed saying “the parcel is expected to be delivered during the day”, of course it did not, today, 24th, the tracking status is still the same.Absolutely incompetents.
Two large packages posted on 7th December at the same time. One of the arrived promptly. The other still has not arrived after 2.5 weeks. Rang customer service and was told it has been disabled as they are receiving too many calls. Joke of a company
