The delivery driver chose not to leave it inside enclosed porch as instructed by me even though she opened the door read the message for all delivery driver I leave inside my enclosed porch she then closed my door and proceeded to drop my parcel at another address. My son who was at home at the time opened the door and called out whiles the DHL van was still parked outside and she was in it and said nothing, I saw all this whiles viewing Ring video. This is absolutely disgusting
The delivery was supposed to require a signature, but the driver left it at the wrong door without obtaining one. I did not expect such carelessness from the service. It's disappointing that I have to escalate this issue and now must wait until the new year for a resolution—my Christmas gift has been ruined!
