2.5 weeks with no delivery or support

Two large packages were sent on December 7th. One arrived promptly, but the other has still not shown up after 2.5 weeks. I called customer support and was informed that they have disabled the line due to high call volume. What a joke of a company.

No loyalty rewards available

There's a significant absence of loyalty rewards here. Despite spending thousands weekly, I find myself ineligible for any loyalty bonuses through live support, not even basic rewards. The promotional bonuses are some of the least favorable I've encountered, and it seems one needs a VIP manager just to obtain anything worthwhile. I suggest looking into another service that performs slightly better, as this one falls short in promotional bonuses. The five-star reviews appear to be fabricated, especially the one below, since the minimum deposit is $20, not $10.

The tracking information shows the…

The tracking information shows the truck all around my house and his previous deliveries. But it does not tell you when he would deliver to me. So you look at the tracking and think, Ah, he's in the street, just next to mine it will be soon. But then you see the driver goes far away, and then he comes back. So you literally have no idea when he will come and seeing that information just makes it worse because you're expecting him sooner than you think.
