Review Time
Same story here as everyone else. Parcel ordered at start of December traveled all over Europe to sit in the Irish Depot over a week with no update since. Have to go back to the vendor and demand a refund because parcel won't arrive now for Christmas. I won't buy a thing in future if GLS are the delivery service.
I'm convinced these keep the packages and the companies some how nake money off this they're all in it together. Reporting them because everywhere else has said the same thing I trusted I was stupid. Ordered off nordina they used GLS
Paid for next day delivery (£6.95) but the package never turned up. No explanation why so I had to contact DHL asking where my delivery was, only to be told that the driver was too busy and didn’t have time so it will be the next day now. Odd considering the live tracking stated his van was 2 streets away and next to be delivered.
If I could give Zero stars i would! DHL is beyond pathetic and useless! These imbeciles couldn't deliver a box across the road if their lives depended on it! Absolutely useless!A customer of mine ordered a parcel over 2 weeks ago and chose DHL as the delivery agent. We packaged and labelled everything correctly and the parcel was taken to a local newsagent pick up point for DHL. The parcel was scanned in and accepted by the shop and we thought that was the end of that. 2 weeks later i drive by the same newsagents and my parcel is still in their shop. They tell me that the DHL driver has refused to collect your parcel and did not want to specify why he refused to collect it.The delivery was paid for and it's the correct weight and dimensions. it's just 3 boxed containing office storage boxes and the total weight is 15kg maximum.Why refusal of service???No explanation???My customer has waited over 2 weeks for this item and we had no idea these morons had returned it to the shop without explanation.Unfortunately they also don't seem to even have a customer service line with a person to speak to. The number we called only gives us 3 useless options and none to speak to a person about this matter. Their email is non existent and their website seems to just be a series of malfunctions and a complete mess!DO NOT USE DHL!!! PATHETIC IDIOTS!!!
