It would be helpful if everyone who has faced delays at the distribution center shared their experiences on social media. It's astonishing that a service like this is still operational. Collaborating with such an unresponsive delivery service is unacceptable. Customer service is virtually nonexistent, lacking communication, transparency, and accountability. Given this total absence of trust and professionalism, this service should rethink its operations. This is an embarrassing excuse for a delivery service.
This courier is completely unreliable; avoid them at all costs. I’m switching my delivery service as they have proven to be untrustworthy. I have items valued at 1000 euros waiting for delivery, and they haven't even managed to deliver them. Anyone reading this should take my advice and steer clear. I might have to seek legal help since they are unresponsive.

A disaster of a delivery service. There is no communication or updates regarding deliveries. My item was handed to the courier on December 10th and has been stuck in Ireland since the 16th. Five days have passed with no progress. Another courier picked up a parcel from China on December 16th and delivered it on the 20th. Four days from China to Ireland, yet this courier cannot deliver within Ireland in five days. Any business using them should be avoided.
I received many notifications about this delivery, all saying ‘Your shipment is set for delivery TODAY between 16:10 and 18:10. A signature is needed at delivery.’ It was strange that the doorbell wasn't rung and no signature was requested. The package was simply pushed through the letterbox.
