When it comes to the slots themselves, I have almost no complaints about Weiss: there are many providers and I quickly found my favorite games. However, the bonus side left a mixed impression. The wagering conditions are not always clear, and once I really had to sit and figure out why nothing was credited. In addition, the verification process took longer than I expected, as I waited several days for a response on me documents. In the end everything was approved, but the aftertaste remained, so I would not rate it higher than three out of five.
This company is a joke. Impossible to contact them, and when lucky to do so, a rude woman answers and is also useless, seems doesn't want to work at all.I wanted to raised a formal complaint and she hang up. Trying the way to raise a complaint as my parcel is since the 5th of December with them, and still showing is in France. Is a disgraceful company and customer service. So disappointed.
How is it possible they just say they can’t deliver my travel document before Christmas because they are very busy. They don’t even tell a delivery date!! I have to trip and they just don’t care.Why are we the paying for this service then? Better to collect the documents ourselves.
I ordered a pair of shoes and it was due to arrive on the 15th and it is now the 22nd,It was due to arrive 6 days ago!! I understand there is delays with the busy Christmas period but this is an absolute joke and disgrace,I will be writing a formal complaint to the head office
I bought a very expensive item a while ago that was delivered to GLS on the 12th of December, it has been since then updated as arriving to the parcel center 3 times yet nothing has been shipped to me. As always whenever I buy something that gets handed to GLS I get screwed, from now on I will not be buying anything from a company that uses GLS as their courier, even if I have to pay more.
1 star is the lowest rating yet GLS deserves 0.Customer care is almost non existent, parcel 3 weeks in the local depot, not being delivered, not allowed to collect. People paid money for that you know? Who are you to hold on to someones christmas present for 1 month? Unreasonable and also there was no excuse given other than lies.Absolutely useless courier company.Ill be sure to deter people from using their non existent services. Expensive too. Just go bankrupt already. Dont take on extra jobs if you cant deliver them. You being short staffed shouldnt be the customers problem as this is a valid excuse.0 stars for the lying bunch of yous.
Parcel was dumped by the side of the farm track 200m from house in the dark. I only found it by chance in the morning soaking wet after rain. The house was lit up and people in when the driver couldn't be bothered to come up the drive. Customer service at GLS haven't responded to query at this stage
