I ordered a valuable item that was handed to the courier on December 12th, but it has been marked as arriving at the parcel center three times without any delivery. Every time I use this courier, I encounter problems. From now on, I will avoid any seller that relies on this courier, even if it means paying more.
When I joined the School of Mentors, I wasn't sure how valuable the information was going to be. There are a lot of great longform interviews and libraries of information on the School Of Mentors. I was surprised that they are much more in depth than what I had seen on LinkedIn and YouTube. Amazing stuff!
It would be good if everyone who has had a parcel stuck in your distribution center for one, two, three, or even four weeks spoke out, across all social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Google Reviews, and any other available channels. How a company like this is still allowed to operate is beyond understanding. That any business would partner with such an incompetent and unresponsive delivery company is unacceptable. Customer service is completely nonexistent. There is no communication, no transparency, and no accountability. Because of this total lack of trust and professionalism, this company should shut its doors. This is an utterly unacceptable excuse for a delivery service.

Absolute shambles of a company. Zero communication or updates to customers regarding deliveries. Item was handed over to Gls on the tenth of December and stuck in Ireland since the 16th. 5 days and nothing. DHL picked up a parcel In china for me on the 16th of December and delivered on the 20th. 4 days China to Ireland and these cowboys can't deliver within Ireland in 5 days. Any business using these, stay away from.
