There are so many cowboy courier companies these days who fail to do the one job they have been paid to do. At this time of year when parcels are flying around and social media is full ofposts from people trying to track down missing parcels, it was utterly refreshing today that DHL did what they said they were going to do and with brilliant customer service to boot. Thank you so much for your above and beyond service, highly appreciated!
If I could zero stars I would, I was told my parcel had been delivered but I have no idea where my parcel was delivered but it wasn’t to my house. The photo taken that was supposed to be proof of delivery was a very dark blurry photo of a wall!!! No photo of my front door and no distinguishing features and no parcel.Despite searching the whole of my front garden including searching through all the bins I can’t find my parcel. I am fed up with some couriers thinking they can just chuck a parcel somewhere and then take a completely indistinguishable picture and say they have delivered the parcel. You can’t get hold of anyone at DHL to submit a complaint and now I am going to have to spend my precious time informing the company I bought the goods from that I have not received my parcel.This is one of the reasons I try and shop in shops and not online, the hassle is just not worth it. Terrible service DHL, I think you need to review your couriers and start disciplining couriers for poor service.
Absolutely terrible delivery service, video camera has recorded DHL courier entering the front yard, never got to the front door, discarded package in the yard, takes picture and walks away! I'm guessing DHL couriers have stopped knocking on doors and attempting to hand customers their packages!
I am extremely disappointed with the delivery service. The delivery person never came to my door. I have CCTV and a doorbell camera, and there is clear evidence that no one attempted delivery. Instead, I only received a message saying “we missed you,” which is completely untrue.I also tried to contact customer service twice using the phone number provided in the email. The first time, the call was disconnected while I was explaining the issue. The second time, when I tried to make a complaint, the call was disconnected again.After that, I went to the local shop myself in very bad weather, even though I have children at home. This experience was very stressful and unacceptable. I am not happy with the service at all and expect much better communication and honesty from the delivery team and customer support.
