The delivery driver failed to knock on the door or make any effort to deliver the package securely. According to the photo, it was left outside, and due to the poor weather conditions (rain and wind), the parcel ended up on the neighbor's driveway, with the packaging damaged and the contents completely soaked.
Trying to contact them for over a week. They have my parcel but are not delivering it.In my opinion since they have been given more business due to Fastway closing down, they cannot cope. Totally ignoring telephone calls, and emails
If I could give zero I would! Shocking service, turned off their phones and don't respond to email. They have a Christmas present since 14th December and still can't deliver it. No updates on the tracking and even though we drove out to retrieve it ourselves, they wouldn't hand it over as it would take hours to find. There will be a disappointed child this Christmas. Don't take on contracts you don't have the capacity to deal with!! Brutal!
I have been waiting for my parcel for over 3 weeks, it was meant to be a Christmas gift. Ordered on black friday, got a notification it will be delivered on the 3rd of December and now it 18th and yet no updates i had emailed them i got told 2 -3 days i will have it thad has passed os well and still no sign of my parcel
If i could give minus stars i would ..... joke of a company ...... they have now stopped answering their phone ........thry have my parcel over three weeks ....... retailers need to know what a shambles this delivery co is and stop using them
Ordered my 2 small kids birthday presents and santa presents and was told the delivery would be on a certain date (and in plenty of time for the birthdays). Both my kids missed their birthday presents and when I rang I was in a queue at number 40 and took over 45 minutes to get through to someone who was patronising and told me the delivery would be out the next day...that was a total lie. Delivery was over a week late coming and when it did come it arrived bit by bit with different couriers. Rang 3 times and waited over 45 minutes to speak to someone. Can honestly say they are the worst and most unreliable courier company I have ever had the "pleasure" of dealing with.
GLS delivered today, parcel on tracking stated that it would be delivered and was in transit from Knock and it was. Granted a bit late and I emailed with the word ‘boost parcel’ with parcel number. I didn’t get a reply but I feel that they did prioritise it. Ordered on the 2/12. I just want to give a little hope to people with orders that are waiting as all reviews are negative.
