I contacted their support to give me my reward of reaching level 30 in cryptogram due to a minor tracking issue, they did so and then proceeded to close my offer and gave me the lazy excuse that due to this small tracking issue, I wont be able to get credited further in the offer, even though the further tracking for milestones past level 30 which is the level that didn't track instantly was working just fine and was instantly credited to me for about the following 3 milestones, before they suddenly closed the offer from me.Their support just told me to stop playing the game which is quite rude and inconsiderate of the amount of time spent to have to complete these offers.As soon as you start earning bigger amounts they cut you off from the offer and refuse to let you continue it.
What a total Shemozzle!First of all they send me an email telling me that they tried to deliver the parcel but I wasn't home. This is total rubbish as my husband and I were home all day and the doorbell was not rung once. Then they say they are coming on the next working day and this time I was going to be out in the afternoon so I rang and gave them a safe place to leave it but ONLY if I wasn't home. I specifically said to ring the door bell and only if I didn't answer to leave it in a safe place. Not only did they deliver it while I was home without ringing the door bell, they then left it next to the safe place and not in the safe place. VERY ANNOYING and if it had been pinched it would have been my problem
I popped into Jemca Colindale and went to "here to help" desk as you enter show room.The lady was too busy playing on her phone. When I asked if there's anyone free. Her response was forget it, there's someone waiting. I asked if I can be put on the waiting list, she was still playing with her phone. So much for customer service.Naturally at this stage I said forget it. Jemca was the gold standard of Toyota Showroom. Shame they have employed awful reception/front desk. You should get tips from Lexus across the road or Kia 400m up the road.
Immediately after completing the payment tried to log in and see my policy but system crashed. I used the automated system trying to get the issue resolved. The system was not responding or resolving the issue either. Awful service, till now I have no access to my account or can even see my policy that I purchased.
Shame i cant give Zero stars. i received an email from GLS stating my parcel had been delivered but it wasn't on my doorstep. i checked with my neighbours but no joy. i contacted GLS who opened an investigation and 5 days later i've heard nothing. I found my parcel by chance two days ago on the doorstep of a house in the next estate, a vacant house. This house has a number 5 on the door and the estate name is on the gates, My house number is 3. i will not be ordering from any sites that use GLS in future. Woeful service and abysmal customer relations
