Review Time
Like everyone else item took over a month to arrive. Ordered online on the 5th December, tracking said received in country 12th, queried with online shop on 19th and tracker was updated to say received in country on 19th but the tracker for 12th still there. Queried again on 22nd and again updated to say received in country on the 22nd along with the other two so my parcel has apparently been received in the country 3 times. Contacted the online company on the 8th January and they gave me a refund as GLS told them it was lost. I was to reject the package if it turned up. Went out two hours later and the package was thrown in my driveway and updated on website as delivered. Now have to arrange to get it back to online supplier as I have a refund and had already bought it elsewhere. Useless company avoid if at all possible.
parcel was held up at customs in Italy and a special licence was required DHL made this a simple process and kept me up to date every step of my parcel's journey, paying for import duty was simple and delivery time was very quick, very satisfied with DHL and would not hesitate in using them again.
Ash is an unbelievable coach. He has been incredibly helpful and he is genuinely passionate about helping people reach their goals. He takes the time to explain every exercise. Explains the importance of nutrition very well and sets a realistic goal each week. He does weekly check ins each week and gives a detailed feedback to help us reach our goal quicker. He motivated me when I needed it, and always brings positive energy. His dedication, knowledge, and consistent support have made a huge difference in my progress, and I’m truly grateful for the guidance he provided. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to improve their fitness with a coach who truly cares.
Flowers were dispatched via GLS for a next day delivery but they never arrived. The tracking is stuck at 'in transit to a parcel centre'. I have been emailing customer service for the past 6 days and they still have not replied to provide an explanation.
Would rate at 0, or even minus if I could. The worst delivery company operating in Ireland. By a mile. There’s literally no worse delivery company operating in this country. Have a parcel that managed to get from Austria to Ireland (through Netherlands and France) in 2 day. Yet it gets to Ireland and sits with GLS not moving for over a week. The tracking says it’s going back to the sender. Nobody answers the phone, nobody answers the email queries. Complete joke of a company. Had parcels delivered in the past that were delayed for a week, and the driver seemed to come at random times, like 10 at night. I cannot believe such a terrible company is allowed to operate.
To whom it may concern. I have been reading the reviews and I totally agree. I have emailed them 3 times and got no reply, try ringing and you dont get an answer. The company I order from use this Joke of a Courier Service . This happens alot. Box's bashed, opened and items missing. I have suggested to the company I order from to change Courier Service. I ordered on the 29th of November and now its the 12th December. Its disgraceful behaviour. I wouldn't give any stars. I be lucky if I get the Parcel. Its gone missing. What annoys me is they just dont care. Hope all you reviewers get your situation resolved. Many thanks . 😭
I completed a MyChips offer (Cryptogram to level 300 it stopped tracking at 200), which took over 16 hours, and submitted clear proof of completion.The response I received was:“Indeed, we see that you clicked on the offer, but it seems there were some issues with your tracking… Problems with tracking can have several causes, such as using a VPN, an unstable Internet connection, not downloading the app directly from our link, or if one has downloaded the app before… These are situations on your side we cannot control.”This reply was generic and speculative. None of the listed issues applied to my case, and no effort was made to review or discuss the evidence I submitted. Despite that, my ticket was closed without credit.While they “apologize,” the outcome is that a fully completed offer was not honored, and the user bears all the risk even when proof is provided. That makes the offerwall unreliable.Based on this experience, I would not recommend MyChips to anyone who values their time.Also wasted 5 bucks on the ad blocker Thanks Mychips!
