Review Time
I was notified the estimated delivery would be 9th Dec so I made arrangements to work from home, I could parcel was received in Basildon depot early Tuesday morning (before 8am). I checked through the day with no further updates. Parcel was not delivered until 10th Dec. Communication on the 10th was good and accurate. Just not happy they estimated 9th and they failed.
I changed the delivery date to the following day . This didn’t happen.Therefore the driver couldn’t deliver so he tried the next door neighbour .Then he sent me a photo saying that the parcel was delivered No mention of where it had been delivered toNo card put through to let me know where it had been left .I had to study the photo and then knock on various neighbours doors.
