Review Time
I ordered a item last month and the package arrived at the local depot on 4th December. Deliver was supposed to be the 5th. As it Christmas time I expect a delay, however the 5th passed. I checked again a couple of days later no update so rearrange for delivery on the 9th December via the website. I check again and no movement. So I waited on the phone for half an hour to talk to someone and their response was oh the label must have came off, even though they scanned it into the local depot on the 4th and that I would need to contact the seller to get DHL to look for it. The customer service agent took my address 3 times and essentially didn't do anything, just palming it off to the seller. So no further forward!
Should have learnt my lesson after ordering crocs the start of November they advise on there website their delivery partner GLS will deliver in 5 to 10 working days they took 22working days to be delivered which is ridiculous.Then order bodum the 9th of December they had 5to 7 day delivery not looking who they use to deliver and of course its GLS it disappears for 10day after France and suddenly turns up in ireland today. Some xmas presents but sure I should have learnt from the first mistake
I always get my deliveries from 2 stores online work DPD. Unfortunately they have closed and the 1 stores are now using GKS. HUGE MISTAKE - USELESS. My encode is correct with both stores, never an issue. GLS has it incorrect on the last digit. I've had to phone numerous times, hand on for ages and on the 3rd try I finally get my delivery. I am awaiting my 3rd delivery which had not Arrived despite 2 calls, them promising they now have the eircode correct, they have my phone number and still nothing. Worst delivery company around

1. Delivery Takes way too Long Ordered on the 28th November it said Out for Delivery on the 8th December Nearly Two Weeks went to Netherlands then France then Dublin2. They lied about saying the package was delivered it wasn't who knows where it is if they got the wrong address they lost itI don't blame GLS I blame the company I bought the product from for not doing their reserch
