Looking to support a small business, we placed an express corporate order with The Laldie in November.Initially, they were responsive and helpful with our enquiry, which gave us confidence to proceed and pay extra for the promised quick turnaround.Unfortunately, that confidence quickly evaporated. After payment, communication almost disappeared, and we had to chase multiple times for updates. Despite our design being fully prepared on our side and ready for print, there were repeated delays, impacting our schedule by nearly three weeks.By the time the order arrived, our expectations were low - and unfortunately, unsurprisingly, the products were unacceptable.The finish was glossy instead of the matte we had ordered, the colours did not match the approved mock-up, the printing was misaligned and the matchboxes themselves were poorly made and did not fit together properly. The order was completely unusable for its intended purpose and could not be used to represent our brand.Despite escalating the matter and requesting a full refund along with instructions for returning the product, we have received no response.The whole experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.Based on our experience and similar reviews from others, we cannot recommend The Laldie and would caution anyone considering working with them. It also leads me to question the authenticity of the client references displayed on their website.Quite frankly, it is difficult to understand why this business continues to take on orders it cannot deliver.
Made from high-quality materials with remarkable skill, this is a timeless accessory that will only improve over time. I expect it to become a favorite during the winter season. The service is excellent, featuring a smooth ordering process, prompt delivery, and careful packaging. I highly recommend it.
Shipment returned due to non compliance with the shipping labels. I have corrected the issue with the labels but they are now refusing to ship using the label I have. Got in touch via the online chat and they were extremely unhelpful.
DHL Person delivering barely knocked on the door before quickly walking away back to his vehicle leaving package on front door step, ready to be stolen!!Package was not left inside front porch, the safe place as I had requested. What is the point of requesting a safe place delivery when your delivery staff leave it wherever it’s convenient for them to do so. Would not use DHL
If I could rate lower than one star I would.Received a text informing me that I would have my parcel delivered between 12:15 and 2:15 and as such arranged work around this, they then arrive at 11:03 while I’m at work and go back off with the parcel. I attempted to contact customer services only to be told they can’t come back as they have specified delivery slots. I am still in the period of time it was stated to be initially delivered! Cannot recommend against enough.Since this they have tried to deliver today but once again arrived earlier than they scheduled which was mean to be at 14:52 - 16:52 but instead, once again arrived two hours early this time at 11:58, I cannot stress enough how unhelpful it is to give a time period and then to not stick to it. I cannot be expected to free up a whole day for this as you "may" arrive early
