If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not purchase from a retailer who use GLS as courier. Horrendous customer service. You call the helpline & are left waiting over 60 minutes for someone to answer. Each call, you're onto a different customer service agent, none which are helpful. GLS have 3 parcels from the 28th November and cannot locate these for me, even though tracking states in their parcel centre. Shambles of a company
Waiting for a package for two weeks. When I finally got through to them after 2 days of calling, they told me that the parcel was yet to be sorted and they couldn’t tell me when it would be. Apparently this is because they have a backlog of orders right now. Surely this is to be expected around Christmas time and can be counteracted by hiring more staff in anticipation of the Christmas rush. Cheap skates. Avoid if possible. (The guy from customer service on the phone was annoyingly sound so it didn’t feel right to get annoyed at him)
1. Delivery Takes way too Long Ordered on the 28th November it said Out for Delivery on the 8th December Nearly Two Weeks went to Netherlands then France then Dublin2. They lied about saying the package was delivered it wasn't who knows where it is if they got the wrong address they lost itI don't blame GLS I blame the company I bought the product from for not doing their reserch
Extremely dissatisfied with the customer service. My computer started malfunctioning, and the help email had been updated. I sent two emails to the suggested address, but neither received a response. There’s a total lack of customer support for a product that cost over $1000 and only lasted a year. The products are unreliable, and I will not purchase from this brand again. Unacceptable service and a disgraceful approach to customer care.
This delivery service is very disappointing. My partner and I would be in and out throughout the day, so I requested that my package be left behind the garden gate if no one was home, and the gate was open. Later, I received a notification that my package had been delivered. My partner was working from home, right next to the front door with the light on, while I was in the kitchen by the back gate. We had one car in the driveway and another parked outside. There was no knock or indication of someone at the back door, which I could easily hear from the kitchen. When I went outside, I found my package had been carelessly tossed over the still unlocked gate. If given a choice, this delivery service would not be among my top five.
Awful gave it 1 star as i couldn't give zero, driver has my package on the van 8 days and still has not delivered despite me being in at the allocated delivery times each day, customer service is non existent on phone or email, not looking good to be here for Christmas unfortunately, avoid at all costsUpdate 5th of January now still no package
