Tracking Confusion Resolved

Package abandoned in the open

Package, which contained moisture sensitive components, was abandoned at the side of the house and not in safe location which DHL had been informed of.no attempt was made to knock on the door or ring any bell, the courier didn't even approach the door ... I have a motion activated Ring system, and there is no one there.
