Awful service. Paid a lot of money for them to collect two parcels and they say they will give you one hour slot on the morning of collection. I didn't receive the one hour slot and they still haven't collected after waiting in for two days. The Customer Service is awful and are no help whatsoever. Would never use again.
DHL sent me an email yesterday (4th December) saying they were going to deliver my parcel on the 3rd December. Seriously? Tracking is where it gets even worse - apparently my parcel is at a sortation facility. A little lower on the same page however, it states: '03rd December 2025 10:40 We're sorry but we do not appear to have received your consignment from the sender'. Right next to that, a little higher on the SAME page is 'booking information', which says that my parcel was collected on 02/12/2025.Make of this garbled mess what you will, about DHL's ability to fulfil a simple delivery, I still don't have my parcel.
The multiple and consistent information messages regarding my shipment were so adequately and realistically communicated throughout the entire transportation process that I was surprised by the accuracy of the tracking in the driver's map. For me, this is accuracy, honesty and a professional attitude towards every single customer waiting for their ordered delivery. Just one big Bravo !!! 👏🙂
