Excellent service from DHL

Rubbish, rubbish, rubbish service

Had an alert come through on my phone at 1147hrs. Stating driver was on drop one and our drop was no: 68. At 1151hrs. We received another alert stating driver had tried to deliver but couldn't. We have been in all day and recieved other parcels from Royal Mail, Evri, and Fed Ex. Ring doorbell fully charged plus our living room has clear view of culdisac, driveway and front door. No one attempted a drop nore was a note posted today delivery tried. No humans answer the phone, only robots with an automatic voice stating your delivery is still on its way, when clearly its not. Absolutely shocking service. We now have to sleep on the floor tonight as we binned our old bed after being told it was out for delivery!!!!!! Thanks very much DHL.....for nothing!!!!

delivery driver was supposed to require…

delivery driver was supposed to require a signature for the delivery, he didn't. worse, there is a parcel box, he didn't use it, didn't ring the door bell , I was here awaiting delivery, I only found out because I received a message that the parcel had been delivered, came downstairs to find the parcel shoved into a corner beside the parcel box where it clearly says "LEAVE PARCELS INSIDE"

Putting it in the right place

First of all driver did not ring the bell. Secondly we have a large post box next to the door, even got parcel box sign on it. So no need to put it next to bin compartment!
