Driver said he’d tried to deliver which was a lie because the camera would have picked him up if he had. He couldn’t be bothered so he left it at a pick-up point for me to go and collect. Not happy!

Driver failed to deliver the package within the allocated timeslot and failed to deliver package to my doorstep. Also DHL app is unreliable for tracking deliveries.

You asked for delivery instructions- I gave them, your driver ignored them. Instead of putting the parcel in the dry area of our front porch he left it out in the rain.The “proof of delivery” picture is a blurred shot of a bush on our porch - the parcel is not to be seen.This parcel was sensitive electronic equipment, so when I saw your (repeated) delivery time of 17-19:00 today I was relaxed as I knew I would be in to receive it - instead your driver dumps it 2 and a half hours early in a rainstorm and ignores the delivery request.Rubbish service.I will wait to see if this electronic item does work

Fast & efficient delivery of package…

Fast & efficient delivery of package from Auckland, New Zealand to Brighton, UK: despatched 30 November 2025, received 4 December.Full info given at each stage: emailed & phoned by DHL on 1 December re Customs payment required, full tracking info (Auckland-Singapore-Bahrain-Leipzig-Stansted-Heathrow) via link in email. Emailed & texted on 4 December with 2 hour delivery slot, delivered on time.Plus option at any stage to opt out of signed-for delivery (but insufficient range of location options for package to be left, to make this practicable for me).But do not bother with DHL Express app (for iOS at least): currently not accepting sign-ups, & minimal tracking info given. Still saying package would be delivered by end of 5 December (tomorrow) after I received DHL email & text stating delivery slot today!PS Do not know why I am listed by TrustPilot as being in US, & cannot find how to change it to UK.
