Review Time
Having improved the service all round over the last two months, today was terrible!!!Advice of time slot (9.45/11.45am) for delivery arrived after 10.00am, but actual delivery was over 2 hours past time slot with no prior advice or explanation.To be fair, I think that is a stretch to far !!
You asked for delivery instructions- I gave them, your driver ignored them. Instead of putting the parcel in the dry area of our front porch he left it out in the rain.The “proof of delivery” picture is a blurred shot of a bush on our porch - the parcel is not to be seen.This parcel was sensitive electronic equipment, so when I saw your (repeated) delivery time of 17-19:00 today I was relaxed as I knew I would be in to receive it - instead your driver dumps it 2 and a half hours early in a rainstorm and ignores the delivery request.Rubbish service.I will wait to see if this electronic item does work
