The driver reported that no-one was in and so could not deliver. That was not true, I WAS in ,had CCTV and no-one came to the door. Next day the same thing happened. Then I contacted the service desk , they apologised and said they would ask the driver to ensure he carried out the precise directions as I had entered onto the App. Delivered next day. I had totally lost 2 days to this delivery system, very upsetting.
The company made aware of every move within the transfer of these running shoes; first class communication to which I'm grateful. The shoes arrived a day early, and were put in a place where they were sheltered from rain.Thank you very much for the delivery of the shoes.
