I didn't realise that my purchase was coming from the Netherlands so when I saw the dispatch email, I signed up for all tracking notifications which kept me up to date with every movement. This was really reassuring as my parcel was a very special Christmas gift. Then, not only was my delivery a day earlier than expected, it was delivered by possibly the loveliest courier I have ever met. Well done DHL!
I would give no stars if it was an option. For the second time driver lied about an attempted delivery (verified by numerous cameras) when the delivery instructions allowed for the parcel to be left without contact in a safe place. Instructions were verified with DHL and repeated on a note on the front door. Both deliveries have been the same. Won’t be ordering from companies who use DHL in future.
